NETWORK MANAGER (for immediate hiring)

Management responsibilities for the operation and administration of the company’s internal networks, servers, email and network security systems, database, website, and graphic designs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of HCAI Website and Blog sites
• Configuration and set-up of all new server systems required either internally for the company’s activities or for satellites/external clients.
• Firewall administration and overall internal network security.
• Administration of email servers for company-wide email and for management of email handling systems for clients.
• Maintenance of existing Anti-Spam and anti-virus systems and the setting of new Anti-Spam policies.
• Basic operational support for internal employee computer systems.
• Creates and designs advertising materials such as posters, flyers, and other visual materials.
• Assists the HCAI staff in making power point presentations and other relevant teaching or advertising materials.
• Does other duties and responsibilities that may be required.
• Managing and collating all relevant material for our trainee database.

Skills / Attributes Required

• Good working knowledge of the different operating systems
• Exchange server 2003 implementation experience.
• Good working knowledge of major networking components, network operating systems and basic computer hardware components
• Proven and relevant working experience in a busy, client focused organisation.
• Hands on knowledge of the procedures used in the installation, modification maintenance and repair of IT hardware and software.

Required Educational Qualifications:

BS Information Technology or BS Computer Science graduate.
Must be knowledgeable in Adobe applications.

LABORATORY CUSTODIAN (for immediate hiring)

Responsible for the operations and maintenance of the virtual simulation center.

Job Qualifications:

1. Graduate of at least 2-year course in any Allied Health Science Education
2. With minimum of 6 months experience in any related work.
3. A Computer Literate.
4. Possess the facility in both verbal and written communication skills.
6. With inventory skills.
7. Can exercise effective  time management.
8. Manifests good interpersonal skills, has the initiative and reliable.
9. Capable of performing tasks under pressure.

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (for immediate hiring)

Job Qualifications:

1. Accounting Graduate

1. To assists the Accounting Head and be responsible for bookeeping tasks
2. Prepares and files checks,  vouchers and verifies
3. Requests for payments reports
4. Prepares monthly billings
5. Prepares daily journal entry report
6. Prepares daily deposits
7. Processes  employee reimbursements
8. Monitors and manage inventory of equipment and supplies
9. Responsible for  the canvassing and sourcing out of possible suppliers.
10. Prepares Purchase Orders

TRAINER

The Trainer should be:

  1. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing or MD.
  2. Must have at least 3 years of clinical experience.
  3. Must have at least 18 MA units for BSN graduates
  4. Preferable for the BSN graduates with Masteral’s Degree.
  5. Must be Computer Literate: Knows how to use Microsoft Windows.
